5. Abstraction🔗

Functions with parameters by value and by reference, return as a control result, lambdas with capture by copy, function values, and the program. The call evaluates the arguments left to right, allocates a fresh location with a copy for each parameter by value, binds each parameter by reference to the location of its argument, and removes the copies from \sigma on return.
